Day 4

Cardio day! Yesssss! The only thing I hate is the gym is lonely at his hour of the night…. But what can you do working seconds… Better than not going!!!

Getting back on track

After working a ton of overtime at work for the past 2 months I am finally get back on track. Today was day three at the gym and I am happy to be getting into a routine again. I’m excited to stay on track and hopefully not derail this train!

Motivation

Well here I am trying to give myself the motivation I go do a legs workout after work. I hate going to bed at 300 in the morning and have to wake up o get the kids on the bus at 8 but sometimes it just has to be that way! Dear gym, I will be seeing you after work!
